Dr. Ellette DiPietro

People are meant to be emotionally connected with others. When we experience problems in how we relate with others, we may develop anxiety, depression, or lose our self confidence. Much of the pain we experience in life occurs when we have trouble relating to others. Research has consistently found that in therapy, the relationship that develops between you and your therapist is the most powerful aspect of the healing process. With this in mind, I work to help you feel respected, safe, cared about and deeply heard.

I am integrative and flexible in my therapy approach drawing from several methods to help you meet your goals. I am highly interested in the mind-body connection, as physical and emotional health are closely linked.

I focus on working with and supporting you integrated in heart, mind and spirit as you explore new ways of being in the world. I have a good sense of humor, am compassionate and nonjudgmental and previous clients tell me that I listen well.
